Hi there, I have some problems using "Philips Mobile Phone Tools" (Mobile PhoneTools For Philips V3.31) and hope anybody can help me. First of all I describe what is working successfully:
- I can open a connection via "USB-cable" or via "Infra Red" between PC and mobile phone
- I can dial phone numbers on PC to place a call
- I can send and receive SMS (MMS and email I did not test)
- I can launch an internet session

But:
- I cannot synchronize my contacts, calendar or task

I have a stabil connection between PC and mobile until I try to synchronize. When I start to synchronize the icons in my taskbar swith from "connected" to "disconnected", immediately. After the opened window finally says "Synchronize contacts: failed" the connection betwenn PC and mobile phone is again activated. When I open the Phonebook and try to read my mobile phones contacts the software says: "Cannot initzialize. Make sure your mobile phone is connected and turned on". Actually it was connected... one second before I tried to read the mobile phones contact. A second later the connection is disconnected in the same way as I try to synchronize.
Summary: My connection is breaking down in any case I want to make changes in my phonebook - manually or by using the synchronize function.

I had annother error with my 9@9g. I had maybe 40 contacts in my phonebook. I wanted to add a further one but the phone said: "memory full" even if I had a lot of memory free. That was the reason why I deleted all entries and tried to add them new by synchronizing with my Outlook 2003 - but now I have the problems I wrote above :-(

I really hope that somebody can help me to synchronize my contacts successfully. Thank you.
